We ultimately came to the agreement that they would move our 1 bedroom apartment for the quote given to us because we needed to move out that day (leaving out our storage which was previously accounted for in the entire quote). I called Jason Scott who exacalated the issue to Frank. The movers said that we must pay 3x what was quoted to move us. It took us 3 days to get hold of anyone to reschedule our move. No one called us and multiple phones were made to customer service for 3 days and they kept saying they would call us back and no did. They cancelled the first pick up because the drivers did not have a street parking permit and told us they would fix it first thing on Monday morning (they cancelled our move at night on a Saturday). the movers did not show up for the move after demanding we pay 3x what was quoted. In our case, Jason Scott would not stop calling us to sign a contract with them and once we did, it was radio silence. make sure you have all your discussions with them recorded because they will lie about every encounter. Every single one of them are liars - Jason, Austin, Frank, Maddie and Hope. The moment you pay that deposit, they will stop answering your phone calls and they will make sure you are frustrated.
